How cancellations work for stays
On SHRTSTAYS, we offer one kind of cancellation policy which is flexible for both guests and hosts.
In light of these uncertain times due to COVID-19, we have adapted our cancellation policy to suit the flexible needs of our Darbnb guests.
1. We will completely refund any bookings that are cancelled 30 days or more prior to your designated move-in date.
2. Requests for cancellations filed in the 29 days leading up to move-in will result in 1 month’s worth of credit and service which can be used for a future booking (with a move-in date on or before 30 April, 2021).
